Caravaggio — The Taking of Christ (1602)
Michelangelo Merisi da Caravaggio (1571–1610) was an Italian Baroque master known for his dramatic use of light and shadow—chiaroscuro—and raw emotional realism. The Taking of Christ, painted in 1602, captures the tense moment of Judas betraying Jesus with a kiss as soldiers close in, illuminated by Caravaggio’s haunting contrast of light and darkness. His work reshaped Western art, blending sacred intensity with human vulnerability.

Beneath it rests the Burned Visions insignia, alongside the painter’s name and a brief reflection on the piece that inspired its creation. This is a burned Vision rendition prepared for engraving.

40-oz food-grade stainless steel bottle with a Standard Powder-Coated Finish. The coating is engineered for durability and consistent engraving results, producing crisp, high-contrast Burned Visions. Includes a paracord carrying handle.
